Ordering
How do I use a pstv pod or sachet?
Tear open one sachet, or twist on one pod, into 500ml of still or sparkling water and shake for a few seconds. No scoop and no shaker needed. One serving a day.
Which one should I choose?
Pick a goal rather than a flavour. Gut health, immunity and vitamins each have their own blend — the product pages list exactly what is inside.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your addresses and past orders so reordering takes two taps.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UAE is charged at a flat rate, and is free on orders above 149 AED. Worldwide delivery is available and is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes — worldwide delivery is offered at checkout, at a flat rate for orders leaving the UAE.
How long will my order take?

Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe, and cash on delivery is available within the UAE.
Is my card safe?
Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter it in the cart or on the checkout page and the total updates before you pay.
Subscriptions
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Choose a four-week or twelve-week plan on any product and save 15% on every delivery.
Can I pause or cancel?

Returns
Can I return an order?
Unopened boxes can be returned within 14 days. Get in touch and we will arrange collection.
Something arrived damaged.
Send us a photo and your order number and we will replace it.
