Shipping & delivery
Please review this policy when ordering. It applies to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping and delivery options?
Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is charged at a flat rate of 5 AED, and is free on orders above 149 AED. Worldwide delivery is available and is charged at a flat rate of 20 AED, calculated at checkout.
In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are buying a subscription, we deliver on a four-week or a twelve-week plan, whichever you chose at checkout.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible, and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Returns
Products bought from physical stores cannot be returned.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund you have to return the goods within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have started the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To qualify:
- the product was not used or damaged, and
- you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the product you received turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please tell us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of it. Once we receive the product back, our team inspects it and processes your refund. The money is refunded to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
Products marked as a gift when purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Products marked as a bundle when purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
